The 2020 pool season is opening with some challenges. Our local governments and officials recommend that we spend as much time as home as possible. At Regal Custom Pools and Spas we are following all CDC guidelines and are what is considered to be an essential part of the workforce. Regal Custom Pools and Spas does commercial and residential construction, electrical, plumbing, and one of the main things we offer is sanitizing your pool water.

It's extremely important in the event that we have an interruption in the city water-supply that people will continue to have an ample supply of clean water for themselves and their friends. We are still open for business and are taking precautions to provide the safest experience for our clients and employees! We can offer an estimate on pool remodeling jobs, perform repairs, and serve the metroplex with the strictest of company policy. With these uncertain times, we ask that pool-owners keep everyone out of the pool on days that we are in the backyard doing our weekly maintenance, allowing our chemicals to work and maintaining our social distance!

We love our pets just like you do, and we want to make sure that they don’t impede our efforts to keep you safe, so we ask that they are kept inside while we perform our duties. We also ask that when we come to look at your swimming pool, that you leave the gate closed but unlocked so our technicians can have access to your backyard. Rest assured, our technicians have the cleanest hands of anybody in the service industry as they are handling chlorine all the time! We are here to answer any pool-related questions you may have; if you have any questions in the event your current swimming pool company chooses to close down, we have plenty of chemicals on hand and are offering one-time cleanings for those who may be unable to get to or find chemicals for the pool.

Simply contact Regal Custom Pools and Spas at our website RegalPools.com or you can call our office at 972-221-6507. We are looking forward to getting through this time and enjoying a wonderful swimming season this summer!
