I Don’t Pay Monthly Fees for Cleaning
I moved into my house 11 years ago. For a couple of years after I moved in, I was running back and forth to the local pool store with samples and purchasing chlorine pucks and chemicals and pool parts. It literally wore me out. I started using Rich and Mike at Regal Custom 8 years ago, and they helped me configure my pool where I could easily maintain it. They converted it to salt water, have changed most of the plumbing and valves, installed custom lights and computer boards, new furnace, and have generally been there for everything in between. I don’t pay monthly fees for cleaning and my pool stays crystal clear with minimal maintenance. Everything is controlled literally from my phone. If you are a new pool owner and have no pool experience in pool maintenance, trust me, talk to these guys before you go solo pool maintenance. You’ll be happy you did.

Regal Custom Pools designed a grotto for me to mesh with my existing pool, and built it to match the landscaping. Not an easy task when the pool wasn't really built for a grotto. We wanted to remodel our pool and move the hot tub from the middle of the pool to the end. The original hot tub was quite large and constricted the middle of the pool. Deleting it and moving it to the end would open up the entire pool surface. I reached out to a few pool remodeling companies and they all told me it couldn't be done. Might as well start from scratch. However, when Regal Custom Pools came out for our meeting, the owner Mike Gajewski told me his team could make our vision a reality. Remove the existing spa and seamlessly tie in the new spa at the end of the existing pool. He took the time to explain the process and the engineering needed to make our remodel a reality! Plans were drawn up and Mike kept us informed every step of the way, easing our anxiety over this major project. He was always available for questions and frequently visited the job site to explain what was going on and the next steps involved. His skilled team did a masterful job removing the old spa and tying in the new spa to the existing pool framework. The final project looked like an original pool/spa build. No hint of a remodel. We couldn't be more pleased. Mike and his team delivered as promised and now we have the pool of our dreams. The before and after pictures say it all.
